  • What is Soft Play?
    Soft Play is foam-padded play equipment that creates a structured, stimulating and safe interactive environment for young children ages 0-5 years old. Allows for exploration, learning, independence and encourages social and physical development.
  • What ages are appropriate for your Soft Play and Ball Pit Rentals?
    The recommended ages for our softplay set-ups are 0-5 years. Our ball pit rentals come in different sizes suitable for crawlers up to young adults.
  • How often and what do you use to clean your soft play and ball pit equipment?
    Each piece of equipment is carefully cleansed and sanitized before and after your event. We use an eco-friendly disinfectant product that kills up to 99.9% of viruses (EPA- approved to kill novel corona virus), bacteria and fungus with pure-non toxic, no chemical residue and natural ingredients that are safe for all children.
  • What areas, cities do you delivery to and is there a delivery fee?"
    We are happily servicing parts of Westchester County, New York City and neighboring cities. (North of Jersey, South of Connecticut and Long Island). Delivery fee will be determined once we confirm location of your event and logistical needs related to servicing your space.
  • Are your soft play rentals for indoor only?
    Our Soft Play rentals are commercial grade for both indoor and outdoor use. Outdoor events are possible with weather premitting, as well as leveled outdoor ground.
  • How do I book a reservation?
    Contact us via website, e-mail, Instagram or Facebook to get started on your reservation and we will formally set up a quote.
  • Do you require a deposit when booking an event?
    Yes, 25 % deposit of your grand total is required to secure your event date. Due to high demand, we do not hold dates.
  • Do you assemble and breakdown equipment?
    Yes, we provide White Glove assembly and breakdown of our equipment on the day of your event. We will coordinate with client appropriate time frames for both setup and breakdown. Assembly and breakdown requires 30-90 mins separately depending on the size of your rental equipment package.
  • How many Hours can I book your rentals?
    Pricing for our soft play and ball pit rentals are based on a standard 4-Hr single day rentals. Additional Hours start at $75/hr.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Cards and cash payments **
  • When is the final balance for my event due?
    Final balance is required 48 Hrs. prior to your event date by 6pm.
  • Is Luxe Play Licensed?
    Yes we are both licensed and insured.
